Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous cooking experience preferred
  • Ability to work varying shifts and days with open availability preferred
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to follow recipes and food safety guidelines
  • Physical ability to stand for extended periods and perform kitchen duties
  • Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment and as part of a team

Job Qualifications

  • Team-oriented and adaptable
  • Reliable and committed to nurturing a healthy and safe working environment
  • 3 - 4 years of related work experience preferred
  • Ability to prepare and present high-quality meals
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices

Job Duties

  • Accurately and efficiently prepare, portion, cook, and present a variety of hot and/or cold food items for various meal periods including breakfast, lunch, dinner, and special/catered events
  • Read and follow basic recipes and/or product directions for preparing various food items
  • Prepare food and serve customers at an a la carte and/or operate a grill station
  • Support management in the daily oversight of key functions and employees during the normal course of business
  • Attend work and show for scheduled shift on time with satisfactory regularity
  • Perform other duties as assigned according to business necessities and client requirements
