Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • 3 to 4 years of relevant cooking or kitchen experience preferred
  • Ability to work varying shifts including days and hours with open availability preferred
  • Must be able to stand for long periods and perform physically demanding tasks
  • Basic understanding of food safety and sanitation standards
  • Good communication skills
  • Ability to work well in a team environment

Job Qualifications

  • Team-oriented and adaptable
  • Reliable with good attendance
  • Ability to read and follow recipes
  • Experience operating grill stations preferred
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • 3 to 4 years of related work experience preferred
  • Knowledge of food safety practices

Job Duties

  • Prepare, portion, cook, and present a variety of hot and cold food items for breakfast, lunch, dinner, and catered events
  • Read and follow recipes and product directions accurately
  • Prepare food and serve customers at a la carte or operate a grill station
  • Support management with daily oversight of kitchen functions and employees
  • Attend work on time and maintain regular attendance
  • Ensure a healthy and safe working environment
  • Perform other duties as assigned according to business and client needs
