Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- minimum of four years’ progressive responsibility in a full-service restaurant, catering, healthcare, country club/hotel, or cruise line environment
- serveSafe certification or willing to obtain within the three-month introductory period
- experience in all cooking stations and methods

- prepare meals following established recipes

- assist in training and developing line cooks and prep staff

- manage kitchen inventory and supplies
- contribute to menu innovation and seasonal menu updates
