- high school diploma or equivalent
- minimum of four years progressive responsibility in full-service restaurant, catering, healthcare, country club/hotel, or cruise line environment
- serveSafe certification or willingness to obtain within three months
- experienced in all cooking stations and methods

Job Duties
- prepare meals following established recipes
- support kitchen staff to ensure smooth restaurant operations
- assist in training and development of line cooks and prep staff
- maintain cleanliness and organization of cooking stations
- adhere to food safety and sanitation standards
- collaborate with team to execute seasonal menu changes
- manage inventory and kitchen supplies
