Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a kitchen or food preparation role
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds
- Must comply with sanitation and safety regulations
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Ability to work as part of a team

- Previous culinary or line cook experience preferred

Job Duties
- Prepare a variety of meats, seafood, poultry, vegetables, and other food items for cooking in broilers, ovens, grills, fryers, and other kitchen equipment
- Know and comply with standard portion sizes, cooking methods, quality standards, and kitchen rules, policies, and procedures
- Stock and maintain sufficient food product levels at line stations to assure a smooth service period
- Portion food items prior to cooking according to standard portion sizes and recipe specifications
- Maintain a clean and sanitary work station including tables, shelves, grills, broilers, and fryers
- Assist in food prep assignments during off-peak periods as needed
- Close the kitchen properly and follow the closing checklist for kitchen stations
- Attend all scheduled team meetings and training and bring suggestions for improvements
- Perform other duties as assigned such as dishwashing and bussing
