Job Requirements

Job Duties
- Demonstrate all cooking techniques such as prepping, roasting, broiling, braising, sautéing, grilling
- Ensure our product meets meal specifications and quality standards at all times
- Lead, motivate and train new and existing pastry kitchen production team
- Monitor wastage and be available for VIP flight, menu change and presentation if needed
- Standardize recipes and notify the Chef/Sous Chef of shortages or discrepancies
- Supervise supply-chain systems and control timing of food production flow to avoid delays
- Comply with all food safety and hygiene regulations
- Report problems with food safety management system to manager and hygiene and food safety team
- Ensure adequacy of supplies at cooking stations
- Follow guidance of executive or sous chef and provide input on new presentation or dishes
- Maintain a climate of smooth and friendly cooperation
- Perform other duties as assigned
