Job Requirements

high school diploma or equivalent
3 to 4 years of related work experience preferred
ability to work varying shifts with open availability preferred
reliable attendance and punctuality
ability to follow food preparation recipes and safety guidelines
strong teamwork and communication skills

Job Duties

prepare, portion, cook, and present a variety of hot and cold food items for various meal periods
read and follow basic recipes and product directions for preparing various food items
prepare food and serve customers at an a la carte and operate a grill station
support management in the daily oversight of key functions and employees
attend work and show for scheduled shift on time with satisfactory regularity
perform other duties as assigned based on business necessities and client requirements
