- must be 21 years or older
- high school diploma or education equivalent required
- food service or culinary arts degree preferred
- 3 years' restaurant kitchen and 5 years' overall culinary experience
- demonstrates commitment to guest service excellence and ethical conduct

Job Duties
- supervises the work of cooks to ensure that all given tasks are completed in a timely manner
- ensures that all cooking stations are adequately stocked with the necessary meal ingredients and cooking equipment
- prepares all dishes and proper portion control of items ordered for assigned outlet
- assists with the preparation, presentation, decoration, and storage of all food items
- communicates to his/her superior any difficulties, guest or internal customer comment and other relevant information
- complies with all department and company rules, regulations, policies, procedures and internal controls and government rules and regulations
- works in a safe manner at all times
