Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum two years of experience in multifamily, hospitality, or property management
  • Experience in hospitality industry
  • Preferred experience in property management or multifamily
  • Preferred leadership or supervisory experience
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent from an accredited institution
  • Two or more years of experience in multifamily, hospitality, or property management
  • Experience in the hospitality industry
  • Experience in property management or multifamily preferred
  • Leadership or supervisory experience preferred
  • Strong customer service orientation
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Resourceful team player with integrity
  • Ability to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays

Job Duties

  • Welcome new residents and guests and ensure comfort for prospects and visitors
  • Support residents with use of luggage carts
  • Monitor guest traffic and parking garage for team members and vendors
  • Monitor security cameras and fire alarm systems
  • Answer phone calls, transfer calls appropriately, and assist with request call backs
  • Ensure timely delivery and documentation of packages, notify residents
  • Update daily logs for events and report concerns to management
  • Oversee concierge department to ensure exemplary resident experience
  • Organize, promote, and deliver resident events and activities
  • Arrange coverage for team members as needed
  • Book freight elevators for move-ins, move-outs, and furniture deliveries
  • Maintain detailed information about surrounding area amenities
  • Train incoming concierge team on daily tasks and responsibilities
  • Handle and resolve customer complaints, liaise with management if necessary
  • Respond within 24 hours to resident requests via phone, email, or postal mail
  • Follow up within 24 hours to ensure inquiry or complaint resolution
  • Provide personalized care and convenience for residents
  • Engage with residents to build positive relationships and fulfill expectations
  • Respond timely and professionally to resident complaints
  • Identify and implement opportunities to improve resident experience and service
