Job Duties
- Greet prospects and residents as they enter the office or leasing area, and ensure visitors are comfortable while waiting
- monitor guest traffic
- answer phone calls, route calls to appropriate team members, and assist with service request callbacks
- assist residents with checking in or out luggage carts
- monitor parking garage for team members and vendors
- monitor fire alarm panel and security cameras
- manage all package deliveries by documenting arrivals and notifying residents within 24 hours
- keep a daily log of events and community security status, reporting concerns to management
- maintain tracking logs for equipment rentals, dry cleaning, and other community services
- keep detailed information on local restaurants, shops, delivery places, and maintain relationships with concierge vendors
- book freight elevator for move-ins, move-outs, and furniture deliveries
