Job Requirements

  • Minimum of one year of experience in hospitality or similar role
  • Availability to work additional hours including weekends and holidays as outlined on the weekly schedule
  • Ability to attend daily line-up and participate actively
  • Commitment to arriving in a clean and neat uniform and being properly groomed according to club standards
  • Ability to work safely and adhere to company policies
  • Service recovery knowledge and ability to handle member and guest complaints
  • Open, flexible, and adaptable to changing member and guest needs
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to maintain clean and organized work areas
  • Willingness to assume various responsibilities as requested
  • Attendance in accordance with scheduled shifts

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum of one year of experience in the hospitality business or a similar role
  • Service-oriented mindset with the ability to make every guest feel valued
  • Strong communication skills including verbal, written, phone, text, and social media
  • Ability to work well under pressure while coordinating multiple tasks
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Positive phone demeanor
  • Exceptional listening skills
  • Competence with Microsoft Office suite including Word, Outlook, and Excel
  • Adaptability to new technology
  • Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team
  • Ability to prioritize time effectively as a multi-tasker

Job Duties

  • Communicate ClubLife through all channels and take care of member's needs related to reservations, inquiries, and preferences
  • Speak to members on various topics and promote member events, gatherings, facilities, services, and experiences
  • Build relationships and report with members and guests while handling key ClubLife project work such as birthday campaign execution, reservation follow-up, and event invitations
  • Focus on name recognition and connection through warm welcomes and fond farewells
  • Direct members and guests within the club and provide business and concierge services proactively to create magic moments
  • Inform members and guests of club services, features, upcoming events, room locations, and amenities in person and over the phone
  • Assist members with scheduling appointments and reservations for club programs and services in accordance with club standards
  • Maintain the lobby, front entrance, workstation, and surrounding areas clean and organized, and ensure supplies for members and guests are stocked
  • Accommodate member and guest business service requests including faxing, copying, and mailing, managing the requests from start to finish
  • Assist with member experience initiatives such as club newsletter, message on hold, website calendar updates, event announcements, outbound calls, and marketing collateral to promote member services
  • Seat guests as needed
  • Adhere to company, club, and department operational standards, policies, and procedures
  • Conduct oneself professionally and respectfully
  • Work safely
  • Participate in daily line-up and requested activities
  • Maintain a clean and neat uniform appearance and grooming according to club standards
  • Adapt to members and guest changing needs with flexibility and openness
  • Understand and apply service recovery procedures for member and guest complaints
  • Notify management of complaints and resolve issues promptly
  • Assume different responsibilities as needed and requested as an essential part of the job
