Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous customer service experience preferred
  • Fluent in English
  • Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Job Duties

  • Maintain up to date information of events in the region
  • Establish professional familiarity with residents and guests' preferences
  • Answer the telephone professionally within three rings
  • Coordinate requests and reservations through property intranet
  • Communicate key updates to team and management
  • Ensure building safety and security measures at all times
  • Document shift details through logs and reports
