Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior residential concierge experience
- experience with communities of 250 plus units desirable
- familiarity with Building Link, Yardi, Rent Café, Entrata preferred
- effective written and oral communication and interpersonal skills
- computer literacy skills for reports, logs, and signage
- neat and professional appearance
- ability to provide excellent customer service
- detail oriented and able to handle multiple functions simultaneously
- exceptional communication skills
- knowledge of local area, tourist attractions, restaurants, and transportation
- flexibility and open availability including weekends
- strong planning, organizational, and time management skills
- ability to maintain exceptional attendance and punctuality
- successful completion of background investigation and reference check
Job Qualifications

- experience working with large communities of 250 plus units preferred

- Provide excellent member service and maintain strong professional relationships
