Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum two years of relevant experience in multifamily, hospitality, or property management
- Strong customer service skills
- Effective communication abilities
- Demonstrated leadership or supervisory skills preferred
- Flexibility to work varying schedules including weekends and holidays
- Ability to resolve customer/resident complaints effectively
- Competency in managing security monitoring
- Capability to train and lead concierge team members
- Proficiency in coordinating resident services and events
- Reliable and resourceful work ethic.
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Two or more years of experience in multifamily, hospitality, or property management
- Two or more years of experience in the hospitality industry
- Experience in property management or multifamily strongly preferred
- Leadership or supervisory experience preferred
- Strong customer service orientation
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Resourceful team player with integrity to build strong resident and team relationships
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
Job Duties
- Welcome new residents and guests and ensure comfort of prospects and visitors
- Engage with residents to foster positive relationships while meeting expectations
- Provide personalized services emphasizing care and convenience
- Answer and transfer phone calls and assist with request call backs
- Handle and resolve customer and resident complaints or liaise with management if needed
- Respond to resident requests and concerns within 24 hours via telephone, email, or postal mail
- Act as liaison between residents and maintenance teams
- Oversee concierge department ensuring exemplary resident experience
- Train incoming concierge team on daily tasks and responsibilities
- Arrange concierge team coverage as needed
- Support residents with luggage carts
- Monitor guest traffic and parking garage for team members and vendors
- Monitor security cameras and fire alarm systems
- Ensure timely delivery, documentation, and resident notification of packages
- Update daily logs of events and report concerns to management
- Book freight elevators for move-ins, move-outs, and furniture deliveries
- Maintain detailed information on local restaurants, delivery options, and areas of interest
- Identify and implement improvements to resident experience and service
- Assist in organizing and delivering resident events and activities.
