Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- minimum of 3 years of cash handling experience
- ability to lift and carry items weighing up to 25 pounds

Job Duties
- Processing customer transactions efficiently and accurately in a fast-paced environment
- maintaining and balancing a cash drawer
- adhering to policies and procedures
- greeting customers and facilitating a welcoming and customer-focused environment
- responding to customer inquiries and concerns
- researching and identifying solutions
- generating new business and expanding relationships with current customers by cross-selling bank products and services
- building customer loyalty by developing relationships and always offering exceptional service
- representing the bank in a positive, courteous and professional manner by promptly greeting each client
- providing efficient and accurate service in processing transactions
- ensuring proper functioning of day-to-day operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash levels and vault activities
- assisting in ensuring compliance with bank's policies and procedures and providing proper training as necessary
- assisting with overall facilities management function to include purchasing supplies and keeping a professional image of break rooms and conference rooms
- maintaining a working knowledge of treasury management products to assist clients with basic online banking needs
- maintaining a working knowledge of consumer loan products to conduct a loan interview and submit and process consumer loan applications based on bank policy, as well as submitting loan advances and payments
- assisting with daily operations requests including maintenance updates
- reviewing for accuracy and assessing policy for appropriate maintenance request approvals
