Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
  • ability to obtain an Oklahoma Notary seal
  • minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service or administrative support position
  • ability to sit for extended periods with moderate walking and standing
  • occasional kneeling, bending, and reaching
  • ability to lift and push up to 25 pounds occasionally
  • frequent use of ordinary communication including normal hearing and vision
  • ability to use a computer or office equipment for extended periods
  • excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
  • proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
  • ability to work with diverse personalities and changing priorities while maintaining professionalism

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
  • minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service or administrative support position
  • ability to obtain an Oklahoma Notary seal
  • excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
  • proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
  • experience working with older adults or in a healthcare setting preferred
  • strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • ability to function well in high-paced and stressful environments

Job Duties

  • Schedule both IL and HC concierge desks to ensure adequate coverage Monday through Sunday 8am-8pm
  • step in and cover vacant shifts in case of callouts
  • cover both IL and HC concierge lunch and breaks Monday through Friday
  • coordinate with security for weekend lunch and break coverage
  • manage guest suite reservations including booking, check-in, and check-out processes
  • communicate daily with the concierge team to confirm updated bookings
  • manage transportation requests submitted to IL and HC concierge desks
  • manage resident absence submissions submitted to IL and HC concierge desks
  • update and develop team Standard Operating Procedures to remain current with modern technologies and efficiencies
