Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in hospitality or customer service
- Ability to work 3 or 4 weekdays from 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM and 1 or 2 weekend shifts
- Flexibility to work overnight shifts as needed
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize
- Proficient in English communication
- Attention to detail
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and follow security protocols.
Job Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in service and hospitality

- Knowledge about the local area including restaurants, transportation, and events

- Outstanding communication skills including professional writing and eloquence
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel considered a plus
- Prior experience with Building Link or CINC software preferred
- Proven history of reliability and adherence to work schedule.
Job Duties
- Maintain complete knowledge of rules, regulations, and policies
- Welcome and greet all residents and guests in a professional manner
- Become knowledgeable with building service providers such as cleaners, home health aid services, limousines, taxis, pet services, food delivery, and dry cleaners
- Ensure that the front lobby is always well maintained including weather mat installation and removal, addressing chipped paint, proper lighting, and polished panels and desks
- Receive calls from residents for personal services and coordinate timely responses
- Ensure that the front desk is always covered
- Accept deliveries according to approved policies, maintain associated logs
- Receive and forward maintenance or service requests during business hours and manage after-hour calls appropriately
- Maintain strict adherence to key control policy and log key requests
- Update and maintain resident contact lists including owners, tenants, elderly residents, and pets needing emergency assistance
- Maintain schedules and assist front desk concierge staff with shift coverage
- Ensure contractors and vendors sign in before entering
- Enforce building rules and regulations
- Monitor all security and life safety systems and report issues
- Maintain building emergency procedures manual and respond to emergencies following protocols
- Coordinate all resident moves in and out
- Welcome new residents and assist with coordinating local services
- Perform garage visual inspection and control visitor flow
- Maintain emergency and vendor contact binders
- Provide information about local events and activities
- Introduce new services to residents after review with General Manager
- Document and notify appropriate personnel of resident issues
- Complete incident reports as necessary
- Perform special projects and office tasks as assigned
- Maintain an updated vendor listing including babysitting, housekeeping, pet care, and others
- Ensure professional personal appearance.
