Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • previous experience in customer service or concierge role preferred
  • ability to work Wednesday through Sunday, 7:00 am to 3:00 pm
  • effective verbal and written communication skills
  • proficiency with building management software and technology
  • strong organizational abilities
  • ability to respond appropriately to emergency situations
  • professional demeanor and appearance
  • capacity to handle confidential information

Job Duties

  • Greet all residents and direct all visitors, contractors, and vendors in the building
  • confirm homeowner appointments before permitting entry
  • respond promptly and professionally to phone calls, emails, and voicemails
  • deliver communications to residents using the BuildingLink system
  • provide concierge services including package and dry cleaning receiving, building access assistance, transportation reservations, and service recommendations
  • handle complaints or grievances and escalate to property manager as necessary
  • maintain a clean and organized front desk and lobby
  • manage BuildingLink/KeyLink system including reservations, emails, calendar, package inventory, and front desk instructions
  • communicate effectively with management, maintenance, concierge staff, residents, visitors, real estate agents, security, vendors, and contractors
  • manage the concierge desk throughout the shift
  • support Community Manager and Maintenance Supervisor with tasks and projects
  • respond to security and emergency situations per building instructions
  • monitor security cameras and follow up as needed
  • respond to building emergencies as trained
  • gain full working knowledge of building rules and regulations
