Job Duties
- Oversee the Concierge Team members
- provide a positive first impression to all who enter the community
- offer an overview of community information to support sales and marketing efforts
- respond to incoming calls
- provide clerical support to all departments
- manage daily operations of the concierge desk
- coordinate communication between departments
