Job Requirements

  • Must be 21 years of age or older
  • Maintain a current driver license and clean driving record
  • Comfortable with valet parking resident vehicles
  • High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required
  • Able to move tables and furniture periodically and lift approximately 25 pounds
  • Able to de-escalate critical situations
  • Able to multi-task and meet deadlines
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office programs
  • Previous work experience in customer service or hospitality

Job Duties

  • Assist with interacting with residents and guests, answer the phone, marketing, administrative work, assist with events, assist in the dining room during peak meal times, perform assorted cleaning
  • Be the go-to-person providing a lasting first impression to visitors while balancing many roles
  • Anticipate the needs of residents, guests, team members, and outside vendors
  • Monitor and respond to emergencies such as resident emergency call system and fire alarm panel
  • Support community managers by assuming leadership responsibilities in their absence
  • Live by core values of respect, kindness, compassion, honesty, and service excellence
  • Provide excellent customer service and hospitality from the heart
