Job Requirements
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Must be professional, reliable, and have excellent customer service skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks according to importance in a fast-paced environment
- Dependable, punctual and able to work flexible working hours
- Ability to use general office equipment such as computer, telephone, fax machine, and computer tracking systems
- Should be computer savvy with knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Internet
- Must maintain professional appearance and comply with prescribed uniform policy
- Ability to be at work on a regular and consistent basis
- Overtime may be required
- Ability to work weekends and non-traditional holidays
- Must be available to work on-call or when needed due to staffing shortages
- Must have reliable transportation
- Must pass comprehensive background check

Job Duties
- Supervising the concierge team and creating and managing their schedules
- Meeting and greeting residents and guests and maintaining visitor logbooks
- Answering phone calls and assisting callers with building information and instructions
- Receiving and overseeing deliveries, mail, and packages for residents
- Inspecting buildings and grounds to ensure safety and cleanliness and reporting issues to maintenance
- Assisting management with resident requests
- Communicating effectively with lead concierge and management
