Job Requirements
- must be 21 years of age or older
- maintain a current driver license and clean driving record
- comfortable valet parking resident vehicles
- high school diploma or equivalent
- able to move tables and furniture periodically
- lift and carry approximately 25 pounds
- able to take initiative and be an independent problem-solver
- able to de-escalate critical situations
- seeking the opportunity to serve seniors and positively impact their lives
- able to multi-task and meet deadlines while projecting a resort-like image both in person and over the phone
- intermediate proficiency in microsoft office programs
- strong knowledge of the local community area and region preferred
- previous work experience in customer service or hospitality

Job Duties
- assist in interacting with residents and guests answering the phone marketing administrative work assisting with events assisting in the dining room during peak meal times performing assorted cleaning provide a lasting first impression to visitors anticipate needs of residents guests and team members monitor and respond to emergencies support community managers by assuming leadership responsibilities in their absence live by core values of respect kindness compassion honesty and service excellence
