- Ability to use general office equipment such as computer, telephone, and fax machine
- Maintains professional appearance and complies with prescribed uniform policy
Job Duties
- Meeting and greeting residents and guests to determine the nature of their visit and maintain logbooks for all visitors
- Answering phone calls and assisting callers with information and instructions for the building
- Responding to inquiries on neighborhood services when applicable
- Receiving and overseeing deliveries, mail and packages for residents
- Inspecting the buildings and grounds to ensure safety and cleanliness and reporting any issues to the maintenance department
- Assisting management with any request for residents in the building
- Keeping lobby area, front desk and package area organized, neat and clean
- Properly communicating with lead concierge and management
- Providing excellent customer service
