Job Requirements
- 21 years of age or older
- current driver license and clean driving record
- high school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- able to move tables and furniture and lift approximately 25 pounds
- able to take initiative and problem solve independently
- able to de-escalate critical situations
- able to multi-task and meet deadlines
- intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office
- previous customer service or hospitality experience

- be comfortable valet parking resident vehicles
- have a high school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- able to move tables and furniture periodically and lift and carry approximately 25 pounds

- seeking the opportunity to serve seniors and positively impact their lives
- able to multi-task and meet deadlines while projecting a resort-like image
- intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Word, and Excel)
- strong knowledge of the local community, area, and region preferred
- previous work experience in customer service or hospitality
Job Duties
- assist in interacting with residents and guests, answering the phone, marketing, administrative work, assisting with events, assisting in the dining room during peak meal times, and performing assorted cleaning
- provide a lasting first impression to visitors while balancing and prioritizing different roles and responsibilities
- anticipate the needs of residents, guests, and team members including outside vendor deliveries
- monitor and respond to emergencies including resident emergency call system, building life safety systems, and fire alarm panel
- support community managers by assuming leadership responsibilities in their absence
- live by the core values of respect, kindness and compassion, honesty, and service excellence
