Job Requirements
- High School degree or GED minimum
- Minimum of 5 years culinary experience
- Minimum of 3 years supervisory experience
- SERV Safe certified
- Knowledge of OSHA guidelines and MSDS information
- Computer proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Ability to work Monday through Friday 6am to 2pm with weekend availability and one evening shift per week
- Willingness to work on holidays if scheduled

- In the midst of a mature walk with Jesus Christ
- Minimum of 3 years supervisory experience
- SERV Safe certified

Job Duties
- Assist the Food Service Manager with preparing the department's yearly budget and working within budget constraints
- Direct kitchen operations including food preparation, cooking, and cleanup
- Assist in overseeing food service needs for the Daycare to ensure all needs are met
- Assign tasks and duties, supervise attendants, cooks, stewarding, volunteers, and specialty department coordinators
- Assist in menu planning, ordering, and implementing donations to create a nutritional and healthy menu
- Maintain open relationships with all vendors and donation providers through deliveries and communication
- Resolve any issues as they arise and bring issues to the attention of the Food and Beverage Manager
- Maintain all kitchen reports such as temperature logs and meal counts
- Uphold a clean environment and be in a state of readiness for all inspections
