- manage inventory and ordering of ingredients and supplies
- maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment adhering to all safety and sanitation standards
- collaborate with the dining services team to ensure exceptional service and customer satisfaction
- monitor and control food costs ensuring profitability and efficiency
