Job Requirements
- College-level class work in business or accounting
- One year of related experience and or training or combination of education and experience
- Ability to use phone and email for scheduling and communication
- Attention to detail in handling refunds and transactions
- Capability to explain policies clearly
- Multi-lingual a plus

Job Duties
- Provide support to ticket cashiers to ensure high productivity and customer satisfaction
- Assist with answering guest service phone and responding to emails
- Schedule private lessons via phone and email
- Interpret and explain Diamond Peak policy to cashiers and guests
- Assist with voids, refunds and difficult transactions
- Oversee daily operations of all equipment in ticket booths
