Job Duties
- Master the register system to handle all transactions with confidence and accuracy
- manage special transactions including returns and price overrides
- open and close registers ensuring accurate cash flow and adherence to security protocols
- proactively engage with guests to intercept, demonstrate, and promote products
- maintain a welcoming, positive, and friendly attitude toward customers, team members, and venue staff
- support team spirit by collaborating effectively with team and venue colleagues
- ensure compliance with all cash handling and retail operation policies
