Job Requirements
- Prior retail, cash-handling, and customer service experience
- Availability to work weekends, evenings, and holidays
- Naturally enjoy interacting with guests of all ages
- Ability to intercept, engage, and demonstrate products effectively
- Welcoming, positive, and friendly attitude
- Frequently stand, walk, and use hands to handle merchandise
- Occasionally reach, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl
- Comfortably lift and move items up to 15 pounds

- Prior retail experience
- Customer service experience
- Experience with cash handling
- Ability to manage transactions including returns and price overrides
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays
Job Duties
- Master the register system
- Handle all transactions with confidence and accuracy
- Manage special transactions including returns and price overrides
- Open and close registers ensuring accurate cash flow and security
- Engage proactively with guests to demonstrate products
- Maintain a welcoming, positive, and friendly attitude towards customers, team members, and venue staff
- Ensure compliance with security procedures during cash handling
