Job Requirements
- prior retail, cash-handling, and customer service experience
- availability to work weekends, evenings, and holidays
- naturally enjoy interacting with guests of all ages
- ability to intercept, engage, and demonstrate products effectively
- welcoming, positive, and friendly attitude towards customers, team members, and venue staff
- frequently standing, walking, and using hands to handle merchandise
- occasionally reaching, climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, or crawling
- comfortably lift and move items up to 15 pounds
Job Qualifications
- prior retail experience
- prior cash-handling experience
- prior customer service experience
- ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends, evenings, and holidays
- strong interpersonal and communication skills
- proactive engagement and product demonstration skills

Job Duties
- mastering the register system by handling all transactions with confidence and accuracy
- managing special transactions such as returns, price overrides, and other unique scenarios
- opening and closing registers to ensure accurate cash flow and adhere to security procedures
- engaging proactively with guests to demonstrate products effectively
- maintaining a welcoming and positive attitude towards customers, team members, and venue staff
- ensuring adherence to all operational and safety guidelines at the retail environment
- collaborating with team members to enhance the overall guest experience
