Job Duties
- Serve as a positive role model while maintaining high standards
- assist in interviewing and hiring decisions
- support and train associates on standards and company policies
- recommend staffing adjustments to meet work demands
- provide coaching and feedback to team members
- oversee cash activities including reconciliation and deposit preparation
- sign off on returns, employee purchases, price overrides and post-voids
- protect company assets and report concerns
- manage cash wrap area
- provide direct customer service and sales assistance
- observe and coach sales performance
- assume responsibility for assigned area in absence of other leadership
- staff front-line representatives to meet business needs
- liaise with Client Support for POS and system issues
- monitor merchandise presentation and stock levels
- assist with inventory discrepancies
- ensure safety, security and cleanliness of sales floor and support areas
