Job Requirements

Job Duties

  • Serve as a positive role model while maintaining high standards
  • assist in interviewing and hiring decisions
  • support and train associates on standards and company policies
  • recommend staffing adjustments to meet work demands
  • provide coaching and feedback to team members
  • oversee cash activities including reconciliation and deposit preparation
  • sign off on returns, employee purchases, price overrides and post-voids
  • protect company assets and report concerns
  • manage cash wrap area
  • provide direct customer service and sales assistance
  • observe and coach sales performance
  • assume responsibility for assigned area in absence of other leadership
  • staff front-line representatives to meet business needs
  • liaise with Client Support for POS and system issues
  • monitor merchandise presentation and stock levels
  • assist with inventory discrepancies
  • ensure safety, security and cleanliness of sales floor and support areas
