Job Requirements
- High school diploma preferred
- Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience or equivalent
- Proven ability to delegate, multi-task, and problem-solve
- Experience in guest service and sales
- Ability to address guest concerns professionally
- Experience exceeding sales goals and training new hires
- Proficiency with POS systems and technology
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Ability to handle pressure and adapt
- Must be 18 years or older
- Flexible schedule availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Physical ability to perform tasks involving bending, lifting up to 25 lbs, and mobility throughout the store
Job Qualifications

- Experience addressing guest concerns professionally
- Demonstrated success in exceeding sales goals and training new hires

- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Ability to perform under pressure and adapt to changing situations
Job Duties
- Contribute to meeting or exceeding store sales, service, loyalty, and shrink goals
- Ensure exceptional guest service by greeting and engaging guests and recommending products
- Handle sales, refunds, and exchanges courteously
- Pair guests with associates for makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations
- Book appointments and support in-store event execution
- Maintain cashwrap displays, supplies, and impulse fixtures
- Assist in training new cashiers and cross-training associates
- Support leadership with cashier chat ins/outs and associate exit inspections
- Drive cashier accountability and compliance with company systems and policies
- Participate in ongoing training and collaboration to grow the business
- Ensure compliance with company policies, dress code, and cash handling procedures
- Maintain store cleanliness and protect company assets
- Execute operational tasks as directed
