Job Requirements
- Work flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Must be at least 18 years old to hold Lead Cashier role
- Ability to maintain mobility throughout the store
- Ability to bend, pull, push, crouch, stoop, twist, and reach frequently
- Ability to lift or move up to 25 lbs
- Compliance with company policies and dress code
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma preferred
- Two years of relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred
- Proven ability to delegate, multi-task, and problem-solve
- Demonstrated knowledge and passion for guest service and selling
- Experience addressing guest concerns professionally
- Demonstrated success in exceeding sales goals and training new hires
- Proficient with basic technology such as POS systems and Apple devices
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to build and maintain customer relationships
- Ability to handle pressure and adapt to changing situations
Job Duties
- Contribute to meeting or exceeding store sales, omni-channel, guest loyalty (including credit), and retail shrink goals
- Ensure exceptional guest service by greeting, engaging, and personalizing service
- Handle sales, refunds, and exchanges courteously
- Pair guests with associates for makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations
- Book appointments and support in-store event execution
- Maintain cashwrap displays, supplies, and impulse fixtures
- Support leadership with register open and close functions, cashier chat ins/outs, and associate exit inspections
