Job Requirements

  • Work flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Must be at least 18 years old to hold Lead Cashier role
  • Ability to maintain mobility throughout the store
  • Ability to bend, pull, push, crouch, stoop, twist, and reach frequently
  • Ability to lift or move up to 25 lbs
  • Compliance with company policies and dress code

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma preferred
  • Two years of relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred
  • Proven ability to delegate, multi-task, and problem-solve
  • Demonstrated knowledge and passion for guest service and selling
  • Experience addressing guest concerns professionally
  • Demonstrated success in exceeding sales goals and training new hires
  • Proficient with basic technology such as POS systems and Apple devices
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to build and maintain customer relationships
  • Ability to handle pressure and adapt to changing situations

Job Duties

  • Contribute to meeting or exceeding store sales, omni-channel, guest loyalty (including credit), and retail shrink goals
  • Ensure exceptional guest service by greeting, engaging, and personalizing service
  • Handle sales, refunds, and exchanges courteously
  • Pair guests with associates for makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations
  • Book appointments and support in-store event execution
  • Maintain cashwrap displays, supplies, and impulse fixtures
  • Support leadership with register open and close functions, cashier chat ins/outs, and associate exit inspections
