Job Requirements
- High school diploma preferred
- minimum 2 years relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
- ability to delegate, multi-task and problem solve
- passion for guest service and selling
- experience addressing guest concerns promptly and professionally
- experience exceeding sales goals and training new hires
- proficiency with basic technology such as POS systems and Apple devices
- excellent communication skills
- strong collaboration and interpersonal skills
- ability to work independently and as a team
- ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships
- ability to work flexible schedules including days, evenings, weekends and holidays
- must be 18 years or older

Job Duties
- Contribute to meeting or exceeding store sales and loyalty goals
- ensure exceptional guest service by greeting and engaging guests
- handle sales, refunds, and exchanges courteously
- pair guests with associates for makeup, skincare, and product demonstrations
- book appointments and support in-store events
- maintain cashwrap displays, supplies, and impulse fixtures
- support cashier training and cross-training
- complete register open and close functions
- participate in associate exit inspections
- promote guest loyalty programs
- ensure compliance with policies and procedures
- maintain store cleanliness and asset protection
- collaborate with store management and associates to grow the business
