Job Requirements
- work flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- must be at least 18 years old
- continuous mobility throughout shift including twisting
- frequent bending, pulling, pushing, crouching, stooping, twisting, and reaching
- frequent lifting or moving up to 25 pounds
- continuous coordination and manipulation of objects during shift
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma preferred
- 2 years of relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred
- proven ability to delegate, multi-task, and problem-solve
- demonstrated passion and knowledge for guest service and selling
- experience addressing guest concerns professionally
- success in exceeding sales goals and training new hires
- proficiency with basic technology including point of sale systems and Apple devices
- excellent written and verbal communication skills
- strong collaboration and interpersonal skills
- ability to work independently and as part of a team
- ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships
- ability to react under pressure and adapt to changing situations
Job Duties
- contribute to meeting or exceeding the store’s sales and service goals including omni-channel and guest loyalty
- ensure each guest receives exceptional service through personalized engagement and product recommendations
- courteously handle sales, refunds, and exchanges
- pair guests with associates for makeup, skincare analysis and product demonstrations
- book appointments and support in-store events to drive sales and guest satisfaction
- maintain the cleanliness, organization, and guest-readiness of all cashwrap displays and impulse fixtures
- assist in training new cashiers and cross-training associates in cashiering
- support leadership with cashier chat ins/outs and associate exit inspections
- drive cashier accountability in delivering personalized brand experiences
- participate in ongoing training to enhance professional development
- comply with company policies, operating procedures, and dress code
- complete transactional accuracy and register opening/closing duties
- maintain store standards including cleanliness and loss prevention
- collaborate with managers and associates to grow the business
- execute operational tasks as directed
