Job Requirements
- Work flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Ability to continuously move throughout the store during shifts
- Frequent bending, pulling, pushing, crouching, stooping, twisting, and reaching
- Frequently lift or move up to 25 pounds
- Ability to use sound judgment and remain adaptable under pressure
- Comply with company policies and dress code
- Maintain regular and prompt attendance
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma preferred
- Minimum two years of relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Proven ability to delegate, multitask, and solve problems
- Demonstrated competency and passion for guest service and sales
- Experience in exceeding sales goals and training new hires
- Proficient with Point of Sale systems and Apple devices
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Flexibility and adaptability in dynamic work environments
Job Duties
- Contribute to meeting or exceeding store sales, service, and loyalty goals
- Ensure exceptional guest service including personalized engagement and product recommendations
- Handle sales, refunds, and exchanges courteously
- Support makeup applications, skincare analyses, and product demonstrations to enhance guest experiences
- Book appointments and support in-store events
- Maintain and organize cashwrap displays and supplies
- Assist in training new cashiers and cross-training associates
- Support leadership with register functions, cashier chats, and associate inspections
- Drive cashier accountability and compliance with company systems
- Adhere to Ulta Beauty policies, procedures, and dress code
- Ensure accuracy in transaction and cash handling
- Maintain store cleanliness and uphold loss prevention practices
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development
- Collaborate with store teams to support business growth
