Job Requirements
- High school diploma preferred
- Minimum of 2 years relevant work experience preferred
- Ability to delegate, multi-task, and problem-solve
- Strong guest service and selling skills
- Experience handling guest concerns professionally
- Proven sales goal achievement and training ability
- Proficiency with point of sale systems and Apple devices
- Excellent communication skills

- Ability to maintain good customer relationships
- Ability to handle pressure and adapt to changing situations
- Flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Must be 18 years or older

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma is preferred
- 2 years of relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred

- Demonstrated knowledge and passion for guest service and competency in selling
- Experience addressing guest concerns promptly and professionally
- Demonstrated success in exceeding sales goals and training new hires
- Proficient with technology including point of sale systems and Apple devices
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and within a team
- Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Ability to use good judgment under pressure and be flexible and adaptable
Job Duties
- Contribute to meeting or exceeding the store's goals related to retail and service sales, omni-channel, guest loyalty including credit, and retail shrink
- Ensure each guest receives exceptional service by greeting and engaging each guest, personalizing service to their needs, and recommending products and services
- Handle sales, refunds, and exchanges courteously
- Pair guests with associates for makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations
- Book appointments and support in-store events to deliver a superior guest experience and achieve sales goals
- Manage replenishment, organization, and maintenance of all cashwrap displays, supplies, and impulse fixtures
- Maintain prompt, regular attendance
- Contribute to an inclusive environment supporting teammates and guests
- Support leadership with cashier chat ins/outs and associate exit inspections
- Stay informed about industry trends, products, and services during work hours
- Promote guest loyalty programs including credit and the company's app
- Assist in training new cashiers and cross-training associates
- Lead and influence peers to achieve productivity and performance
- Drive cashier accountability in delivering personalized brand experiences
- Participate in ongoing training for professional development
- Collaborate with managers and associates to grow the business
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Adhere to dress code
- Complete register opening and closing functions
- Maintain store cleanliness including cashwrap, salesfloor, restrooms, backroom, and break areas
- Protect company assets and minimize loss through compliance with procedures and safety standards
- Execute other operational tasks as assigned
