Job Requirements

  • Work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Must be 18 years or older to hold the position
  • Ability to continuously move throughout the store during shifts
  • Frequent bending, pulling, pushing, crouching, stooping, twisting, and reaching required
  • Ability to lift or move up to 25 pounds often during shifts
  • Commitment to maintaining excellent attendance and punctuality
  • Willingness to adhere to company dress code and professional standards
  • Authorization to engage with guests and handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly
  • Capable of participating in ongoing training and operational processes with attention to detail

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma preferred
  • Two years of relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred
  • Proven ability to delegate, multi-task, and problem-solve
  • Demonstrated knowledge and passion for guest service and sales
  • Experience addressing guest concerns professionally
  • Experience exceeding sales goals and training new hires
  • Proficient with point of sale systems and Apple devices
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships
  • Ability to react calmly under pressure and adapt to changing situations

Job Duties

  • Contribute to meeting or exceeding the store’s retail and service sales goals, guest loyalty, and retail shrink targets
  • Ensure exceptional guest service by greeting and engaging each guest and personalizing their experience
  • Handle sales transactions accurately including refunds and exchanges
  • Pair guests with associates for makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations
  • Book appointments and support execution of services and in-store events
  • Maintain organization and guest-readiness of cashwrap displays and impulse fixtures
  • Assist in training new cashiers and cross-training associates
  • Lead cashier accountability and ensure compliance with operating procedures and company standards
  • Support leadership team with register open and close functions, cashier chat in/outs, and associate exit inspections
  • Maintain outstanding store cleanliness and protect company assets to minimize loss
  • Participate in ongoing training and collaborate with store team to grow the business
  • Share benefits of the guest loyalty program and drive credit and loyalty goals
