Job Requirements
- Work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Maintain prompt, regular attendance
- Adhere to company dress code
- Comply with Ulta Beauty policies, procedures, and standards
- Ability to lift and move up to 25 lbs
- Ability to perform continuous mobility and frequent bending, reaching, twisting, crouching, and stooping during shifts
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma preferred
- Two years of relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred
- Proven ability to delegate, multi-task, and problem-solve
- Demonstrated passion for guest service and competency in selling
- Experience in addressing guest concerns professionally
- Demonstrated success in exceeding sales goals and training new hires
- Proficient with Point of Sale systems and Apple devices
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Ability to work independently and on a team
- Ability to remain flexible and exercise good judgment under pressure
Job Duties
- Contribute to meeting or exceeding store sales, omni-channel, guest loyalty, and retail shrink goals
- Ensure exceptional guest service by greeting and engaging guests, personalizing service, and recommending products and services
- Handle sales, refunds, and exchanges courteously
- Pair guests with associates for makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations
- Book appointments and support in-store service execution and events
- Maintain replenishment, organization, and cleanliness of cashwrap and impulse displays
- Support leadership with register open/close functions and associate exit inspections
