Job Requirements
- High school diploma preferred
- Minimum two years of relevant work experience or equivalent
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Ability to work flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to perform continuous mobility tasks such as bending, pulling, pushing, and lifting up to 25 lbs
- Must comply with company dress code and policies
- Ability to maintain regular attendance and punctuality
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma preferred
- Two years of relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred
- Proven ability to delegate, multitask, and problem-solve
- Demonstrated passion for guest service and selling competency
- Experience addressing guest concerns professionally
- Demonstrated success in exceeding sales goals and training new hires
- Proficiency with point-of-sale systems and Apple devices
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Ability to react under pressure and adapt to change
Job Duties
- Contribute to meeting or exceeding store goals related to sales, guest loyalty, and retail shrink
- Ensure exceptional guest service by greeting, engaging, and personalizing service
- Handle sales, refunds, and exchanges courteously
- Pair guests with associates for makeup, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations
- Book appointments and support in-store events to deliver excellent guest experiences
- Maintain cashwrap displays, supplies, and impulse fixtures in guest-ready condition
- Assist in training new cashiers and cross-training associates
- Support leadership with register functions and associate exit inspections
- Ensure compliance with company policies, cash handling procedures, and safety standards
- Participate in ongoing training to improve professional development and sales performance
- Foster an inclusive environment supporting teammates and guests
- Drive cashier accountability and assist in achieving loyalty and credit goals
