Job Requirements

  • High school diploma preferred
  • Minimum two years of relevant work experience or equivalent
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Ability to work flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to perform continuous mobility tasks such as bending, pulling, pushing, and lifting up to 25 lbs
  • Must comply with company dress code and policies
  • Ability to maintain regular attendance and punctuality

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma preferred
  • Two years of relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred
  • Proven ability to delegate, multitask, and problem-solve
  • Demonstrated passion for guest service and selling competency
  • Experience addressing guest concerns professionally
  • Demonstrated success in exceeding sales goals and training new hires
  • Proficiency with point-of-sale systems and Apple devices
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team
  • Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships
  • Ability to react under pressure and adapt to change

Job Duties

  • Contribute to meeting or exceeding store goals related to sales, guest loyalty, and retail shrink
  • Ensure exceptional guest service by greeting, engaging, and personalizing service
  • Handle sales, refunds, and exchanges courteously
  • Pair guests with associates for makeup, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations
  • Book appointments and support in-store events to deliver excellent guest experiences
  • Maintain cashwrap displays, supplies, and impulse fixtures in guest-ready condition
  • Assist in training new cashiers and cross-training associates
  • Support leadership with register functions and associate exit inspections
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, cash handling procedures, and safety standards
  • Participate in ongoing training to improve professional development and sales performance
  • Foster an inclusive environment supporting teammates and guests
  • Drive cashier accountability and assist in achieving loyalty and credit goals
