Job Requirements
- work flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- must be 18 years of age or older
- continuous mobility throughout shift including twisting
- frequent bending, pulling, pushing, crouching, stooping, twisting, and reaching
- frequent lifting or moving up to 25 lbs
- continuous coordination and manipulation of objects
- compliant with all store policies and procedures
- maintain prompt, regular attendance

Job Qualifications
- high school diploma preferred
- 2 years of relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred
- proven ability to delegate, multi-task, and problem-solve
- demonstrated knowledge and passion for guest service and competency for selling
- experience addressing guest concerns promptly and professionally
- ability to exceed sales goals and train new hires
- proficient with basic technology such as point of sale systems and Apple devices
- excellent written and verbal communication
- strong collaboration and interpersonal skills
- ability to work independently and as part of a team
- ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships
- ability to react under pressure and be flexible and adaptable
Job Duties
- contribute to meeting or exceeding store goals related to retail and service sales, omni-channel, guest loyalty including credit, and retail shrink
- ensure each guest receives exceptional service by greeting and engaging, personalizing service, and recommending products or services
- courteously handle sales, refunds, and exchanges
- book appointments for and support execution of services and in-store events
- maintain replenishment, organization, and upkeep of cashwrap displays and impulse fixtures
- assist in training new cashiers and cross-training other associates in cashiering
- support leadership team with register open and close functions, cashier chat ins and chat outs, and associate exit inspections
