Job Requirements
- Work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Must be at least 18 years of age to hold the Lead Cashier role
- Ability to perform continuous mobility tasks such as twisting, bending, pulling, pushing, crouching, stooping, and reaching throughout the shift
- Capacity to frequently lift or move up to 25 pounds during the shift
- Continuous coordination and manipulation of objects required
- High school diploma is preferred
- Two years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred
- Proficient with technology such as Point of Sale systems and Apple devices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to react under pressure, use good judgment in ambiguous situations, and demonstrate flexibility and adaptability
- Proven ability to multi-task, delegate, and problem-solve

Job Duties
- Contribute to meeting or exceeding the store’s sales and loyalty goals including credit
- Ensure exceptional guest service by greeting and engaging guests, personalizing service, and recommending products and services
- Handle sales transactions including refunds and exchanges courteously
- Pair guests with associates for makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demos to drive sales and guest satisfaction
- Book appointments and support execution of in-store services and events to enhance guest experience and sales
- Maintain organization, replenishment, and cleanliness of cashwrap displays, supplies, and impulse fixtures
- Support leadership with register open and close functions, associate exit inspections, and cashier chat ins and chat outs
