Job Requirements
- High school diploma preferred
- 2 years of relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience preferred
- Proven ability to delegate, multi-task, and problem-solve
- Demonstrated knowledge and passion for guest service
- Experience addressing guests concerns and questions promptly and professionally
- Demonstrated experience in exceeding sales goals and training new hires
- Proficient with basic technology such as point of sale systems and Apple devices
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Ability to react under pressure, use good judgment, and be flexible
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties
- Contribute to meeting or exceeding store goals for retail and service sales, omni-channel, guest loyalty, and retail shrink
- Ensure exceptional service through guest engagement, product recommendations, and personalized support
- Handle sales, refunds, and exchanges courteously
- Pair guests with associates for makeup, skincare, and product demonstrations to drive sales
- Book appointments and support in-store events execution to enhance guest experience
- Maintain cashwrap displays, supplies, and impulse fixtures to ensure guest readiness
- Support leadership with open and close register functions and associate exit inspections
- Contribute to an inclusive environment supporting teammates and guests
- Train new cashiers and cross-train associates
- Promote the guest loyalty program and Ulta Beauty app to achieve credit and loyalty goals
- Follow Ulta Beauty policies, procedures, and dress code
- Ensure compliance with cash control and transaction completion
- Maintain cleanliness and store standards throughout all areas
- Protect company assets by following loss prevention and safety procedures
- Participate in ongoing training and collaborate with managers and associates to grow the business
