Job Requirements
- work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends and holidays
- must be 18 years of age or older to hold the Lead Cashier role
- proficient with technology such as POS systems and Apple devices
- excellent written and verbal communication skills
- strong collaboration and interpersonal skills

- complete cashier open and close register functions

Job Qualifications
- high school diploma preferred
- 2 years of relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and work experience preferred
- proven ability to delegate, multi-task and problem-solve
- demonstrated knowledge and passion for guest service and competency for selling
- experience addressing guest concerns promptly and professionally
- demonstrated experience exceeding sales goals and training new hires
Job Duties
- contribute to meeting or exceeding store goals related to sales, omni-channel, guest loyalty and retail shrink
- ensure exceptional guest service by greeting and engaging guests and recommending products or services
- courteously handle sales, refunds and exchanges
- pair guests with associates for makeup applications, skincare analysis and product demonstrations
- book appointments and support execution of services and in-store events
- maintain replenishment, organization and presentation of cashwrap displays and supplies
- maintain prompt, regular attendance
