Job Requirements
- work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- must be at least 18 years of age
- high school diploma preferred
- two years of relevant work experience or equivalent
- proficiency with technology and point of sale systems
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to multitask and problem-solve
- capacity to maintain store standards and comply with policies
- ability to lift or move up to 25 pounds
- continuous mobility during shifts including bending, twisting, and reaching
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- contribute to meeting or exceeding store goals related to retail and service sales, omni-channel, guest loyalty, and retail shrink
- ensure that each guest receives exceptional service by greeting and engaging guests, personalizing service, and recommending products or services
- courteously handle sales, refunds, and exchanges
- pair guests with associates for makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations
- book appointments and support execution of services and in-store events
- maintain cashwrap displays, supplies, and impulse fixtures
- maintain prompt, regular attendance
- contribute to an inclusive environment supporting teammates and guests
- support leadership with cashier chat ins/outs and associate exit inspections
- stay informed on industry trends, products, and services
- promote the guest loyalty program and credit goals
- assist in training new cashiers and cross-training associates
- lead and influence peers to achieve productivity and performance
- ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and operating standards
- complete register open and close functions
- maintain store cleanliness including cashwrap, sales floor, restrooms, and backroom
- protect company assets and minimize loss
- execute other operational tasks as directed
