Job Requirements
- High school diploma preferred
- Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience or equivalent
- Proven multitasking and problem-solving abilities
- Demonstrated passion for customer service and retail sales
- Ability to respond to guest concerns promptly and professionally
- Experience exceeding sales goals and training new employees
- Proficiency with basic technology including POS and Apple devices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Capacity to manage customer relationships effectively
- Ability to operate effectively under pressure and adapt to change
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Flexible availability including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Contribute to meeting or exceeding the store's sales, service, loyalty, and shrink goals
- Ensure each guest receives exceptional service by greeting, engaging, personalizing, and recommending products and services
- Handle sales, refunds, and exchanges courteously
- Pair guests with associates for makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations
- Book appointments and support in-store events to enhance guest experience and sales
- Maintain cashwrap displays, supplies, and impulse fixtures organization and cleanliness
- Participate in cashier training and cross-training of associates
- Support leadership with register open/close functions and associate exit inspections
- Drive cashier accountability to deliver Ulta Beauty's brand experience
- Comply with company policies, procedures, and dress code
- Maintain outstanding store and cashwrap cleanliness
- Protect company assets through adherence to loss prevention and inventory controls
- Stay informed on industry trends, products, and services
- Collaborate with managers and associates to grow the business
