Job Requirements

  • Work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Ability to stand, bend, twist, and lift up to 25 pounds during shifts
  • Continuous mobility and manual coordination required

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma preferred
  • Two years of relevant work experience or equivalent
  • Proven ability to delegate and multi-task
  • Demonstrated passion for guest service and selling
  • Experience resolving guest concerns professionally
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales goals
  • Experience training new hires
  • Proficient with POS systems and Apple devices
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build and maintain customer relationships
  • Flexible and adaptable with good judgment under pressure

Job Duties

  • Contribute to meeting or exceeding store sales, service, loyalty, and shrink goals
  • Ensure exceptional guest service by greeting, engaging, and personalizing service
  • Handle sales transactions, refunds, and exchanges courteously
  • Pair guests with associates for makeup, skincare, and product demos
  • Book appointments and support in-store events to enhance guest experience
  • Maintain cashwrap displays, supplies, and impulse fixtures for guest readiness
  • Support register open and close functions and complete associate exit inspections
