Job Requirements
- Work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Must be at least 18 years of age to hold the Lead Cashier position
- Ability to perform physical tasks including continuous mobility, twisting, bending, pulling, pushing, crouching, stooping, reaching and lifting up to 25 lbs
- High school diploma preferred
- Two years of relevant work experience preferred
- Proficient technology skills including point of sale and Apple devices
- Strong communication and collaboration skills

Job Duties
- Contribute to meeting or exceeding store sales, service, omni-channel, and loyalty goals including credit
- Ensure exceptional guest service with personalized engagement and product recommendations
- Handle sales, refunds, and exchanges courteously
- Pair guests with associates for makeup, skincare, and product demonstrations to drive sales and service experience
- Book appointments and support in-store events to deliver unique guest experiences and sales targets
- Maintain cashwrap display organization, replenishment, and cleanliness to ensure guest readiness
- Participate in associate training and cross-training to enhance cashiering skills
- Support leadership with cashier open and close functions, cashier chat ins/outs, and associate exit inspections
- Uphold compliance with Ulta Beauty policies, procedures, and dress code
- Maintain store cleanliness and operational standards throughout the store including safety and loss prevention measures
- Drive accountability in delivering Ulta Beauty brand experience and following systems prompts
- Collaborate with managers and associates to grow the business
