Job Requirements
- work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- must be at least 18 years of age
- capable of continuous mobility throughout the store including twisting
- frequent bending, pulling, pushing, crouching, stooping, twisting, and reaching
- frequent lifting or moving up to 25 lbs
- continuous coordination and manipulation of objects

Job Qualifications
- high school diploma preferred
- 2 years of relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred
- proven ability to delegate, multi-task, and problem-solve
- demonstrated knowledge and passion for guest service and competency for selling
- experience addressing guest concerns professionally
- demonstrated experience in exceeding sales goals and training new hires
- proficient with technology such as Point of Sale system and Apple devices
- excellent written and verbal communication skills
- strong collaboration and interpersonal skills
- ability to work independently and as part of a team
- ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships
- ability to react under pressure, use good judgment in ambiguous situations, and be flexible and adaptable
Job Duties
- contribute to meeting or exceeding the store’s goals related to retail and service sales, omni-channel, guest loyalty including credit, and retail shrink
- ensure that each guest receives exceptional service by providing a guest-friendly environment including greeting, engaging, personalizing service, and recommending products or services
- courteously handle sales, refunds, and exchanges
- ensure each guest receives service by pairing them with an associate for makeup application, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations
- book appointments and support execution of services and in-store events
- take ownership over replenishment, organization, and maintenance of all cashwrap displays and impulse fixtures
- support leadership team with cashier chat ins and chat outs, and associate exit inspections
- contribute to inclusive environment supporting teammates and guests
- train new cashiers and cross-train other associates in cashiering
- stand out as a leader to engage and influence peers to achieve productivity and performance
- drive cashier accountability for delivering an exceptional brand experience
- participate in ongoing training for professional development and sales performance
- collaborate with managers and associates to grow business
- ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards
- adhere to dress code
- complete all transactions properly including returns and associate transactions
- complete register open and close functions as directed
- maintain store standards and cleanliness
- protect company assets and minimize loss through adherence to operating procedures and safety standards
- execute other operational tasks as directed
