Job Requirements

- 2 years relevant work experience or equivalent

Job Qualifications

- 2 years of relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and work experience preferred

- demonstrated knowledge and passion for guest service and selling
- experience addressing guest concerns promptly and professionally
- demonstrated experience in exceeding sales goals and training new hires
- proficient with basic technology such as point of sale systems and Apple devices
- excellent written and verbal communication skills

- ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships
- ability to react under pressure, use good judgment in ambiguous situations, and be flexible and adaptable
Job Duties
- contribute to meeting or exceeding store goals related to retail and service sales, omni-channel, guest loyalty including credit, and retail shrink
- ensure each guest receives exceptional service by greeting and engaging guests, personalizing service, and recommending products and services
- courteously handle sales, refunds, and exchanges
- pair guests with associates for makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations
- book appointments and support execution of services and in-store events
- take ownership of replenishment, organization, and maintenance of cashwrap displays and impulse fixtures
- maintain punctual and regular attendance
